Been trying for days to get through to get a refill on a medication and evidently Barbara does not check her messages or a return phone calls
Absolutely abysmal customer service. Scheduled an appointment for my autistic, bedridden brother and the physician never showed. Since then (3 days!) can't get through on any line and scheduling voicemails are not being returned. Extremely frustrated.
