They sent me an email with no confirmation in it. They moved my appointment to the next day along with another AI generated email. I moved my other appointments around to make this appointment work. Lisa was very rude to me on the phone saying that I never confirmed my appointment. Well if either one of the emails would have had the confirmation but there wasn't. Recently my mom was discharged from Harmony Care because they are no longer accepting priority Health care. My mother has other medical coverage and they knew this and yet she was discharged anyway and she is bed ridden and requires having a doctor come to her for visits. Very disappointed with Harmony Care they were great and would have gotten a 5 star until this happened. So now we will see if they are going to correct this.
They supported me while I took care of my brother until he died Now they are taking care of me. I couldn't make it to all the appointments and it is such a blessing to have them come see me
Cant rave enough about this place. My mother in law was in hospice care with Harmony Cares for close to a year. We got blessed and gifted with a nurse , Lisa Carlton Badour ,who has now become family to us. Her ways were caring, she was knowledgeable, reassuring, comforting, understanding, compassionate. Took great care of my mother in law and she went above and beyond in so many ways. . Answered phone calls. Hi this is Amanda messler-layman. I would not know what to do with out this place I love all the things they have done for me I have been with them for 3 years and will be for as long as they will have me. They are a great love all the people that I have ever worked with they are great please if you want great care try them they are great. And give you what you need and make you feel so comfortable 😌 love them can't say anything bad about them. Thank you guys you are great.
