Jenna and Val are lovely, caring people just when you need the help. They’re knowledgeable and navigated us through assisted living options, dealing with hospital protocols and level of care. The kindness, integrity and advocacy Jenna provides was unexpected yet exceptional.
Jenna and the staff at Harmony are upbeat, professional, and noticeably kind to all. I enjoy working with them in every way. It doesn’t end with placement for them. They are sincerely interested in the residents that they have placed in our small care home assisted living (A Place Like Home) and ask about them regularly. Their warmth is enveloping.
When my father moved to Florida last year we contacted Jenna to help us find an ALF. She did an amazing job! Jenna is the kindest, most loving person and her thoughtful evaluation of my father, let me find the perfect place for him to live. She followed up with us and the facility to be sure it was the best fit for both Dad and the ALF. I couldn’t ask for a better advisor than Jenna.
Jenna and her staff are a breath of fresh air in a world where caring seems to be a thing of the past. They are kind, compassionate and go the extra mile to make sure you and your loved ones are taken care of. I can't even imagine how difficult this experience would have been without their skilled and thoughtful guidance. Thank you so much for all your help and support!
So thankful for Jenna and the staff of Harmony. As many others, what a huge and difficult decision it was to put our mom in a senior living facility . They found us the most amazing place. They are so caring and very easy to talk with. Very knowledgeable also. Jenna was an answered prayer when we got in touch with her. Jenna and her staff are dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to helping families make the right choice for their loved one. Although I am a nurse, I learned much from partnering with Jenna as we assessed my father's needs.
