Entirely unprofessional. To start out with, we had an appointment set to meet with the realtor to view the unit and he waited until after the scheduled appointment time to let us know he'd need to reschedule to 30 minutes later. Then, when I asked direct questions, Carol called someone who wasn't on the lease and doesn't for the company but who is a relative. I had a very disappointing experience with the application process. Despite several attempts to contact this team by phone, I was only able to reach an automated message system. Additionally, a conversation with a team member left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously, despite the fees I was charged for the service. If this is your way, good luck.
This company does not care about anything but money. Save your sanity and do not sign a lease or contract with them.
Harmony Real Estate Group has been great to deal with. Always responsive and accommodating. They made sure that the house was ready for us when we were moving in late from out of state. Carol was always friendly and responded quickly to any questions or requests!
