First of all this has nothing to do with Dr Arnold. My mom always took our pets there(including our ferrets). But I called earlier this week because my baby ferret was getting very sick. He has chewed his hammock and I was afraid he had ingested some that he could not pass. THIS CAN CAUSE DEATH. He was in pain and would barely move. We have trusted our pets to Dr. Arnold (and now Dr. Long) as long as he has been in business here in Yadkinville. The staff at HHAH shows a level of care and compassion for our precious fur babies that is unparalleled. Their love for our pets is unequivocally genuine and is evident in every situation we have had to face, whether good or bad.
We've been taking our pets to HHAH for the 27 years we've lived in Yadkin County. Would not go anywhere else. They have helped us carry two beloved dogs to their final sleep and were kind, comforting, not intrusive but "there" for us. Then we got sympathy cards, signed by all the staff. Everyone who works there seems to "get it" about how much our animals become part of the family. Have been taking my dogs to Dr. Arnold ever since he was just across the street from my house! Wouldn’t trust anybody else with them! I appreciate Dr. Arnold, Dr. Long & all the staff...they’re the best!! �
