For it to be a place for people to come get the help they need I think they need better phone answers and front desk. Really rude lady on the phone.

Very long wait BUT when you miss an appointment they drop you...Yes and on the phone a VERY rude person you know who you are let's me know they will decide if they will take me back knowing my missed Appointments are from my Knee Surgery and my Disabled father having his 2nd Surgery on his back in Scottsdale, AZ. THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING harmony healthcare and it must be really convenient my insurance only likes to use you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was REALLY looking forward to my visit today, just to get a call the day of saying i need to reschedule. It was very hard to build up the courage to call and make this appointment in the first place, being that my culture don't seek mental help, we just rely on spiritual guildance. I wanted to seek professional help with someone I can see. My thought of, never mind. They can't see me till April 11 2019. The person on the call was VERY rude, cutting me off and saying ok ok bye.
