Had my first class at HB Harmony last night with Dee and absolutely loved it! Very calming environment and great instructor. Can't wait to go back!
I love it here. What a great environment and awesome instructors. Great gentle and yin yoga for healing and relaxing. They also throw some fun parties from time to time :)

I look forward to the Gentle Yoga class every time I go. The space is serene and peaceful, Jan, Marcella, Roxy and the other teachers really pay attention to our alignment in our poses, and I never fail to thank myself for doing such a good thing for my mind, body and spirit. You will realize a difference in the way you feel after being there, even if you are new to yoga. Harmony HB is my all time favorite yoga studio!
