Good class. Relaxing environment. Only thing I would change is the volume on music. At times, it was distracting and couldn’t hear the instructor.
Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. I walked in there not having a clue about anything to do with yoga. I started with The gentle class, where the instructor helped me with the poses. I love it here!
This studio is so clean and beautiful and the people who work there are so nice and helpful. You can borrow a mat if you forget yours and they have water available to you if you need it. I love it here!
