We practice meditative gentle yoga that will leave you centered and energized. You are welcome to bring your own mat, but we will provide all equipment needed for our classes for free. First timers will feel comfortable. First time yoga and it was a safe and relaxing environment. Instructor encouraged us to do as much or as little as we felt we could do comfortably. I’ll be back!
This is a beautiful, arts studio with a wide variety of unique items in the store section. The studio itself has a lovely range of classes and great teachers! Love this space!!

The classes and teachers are wonderful. If your just starting your yoga journey then Harmony HB is perfect for you. They offer lots of beginning, restorative and flow classes.
Such a beautifully kept space with a fantastic variety of classes and interest for all ages. There is a self of calm with the staff and this gem of a yoga studio is top notch in my humble opinion. ☆
Today I had the pleasure of dropping in to a restorative YIN class by Callie, that was SO Much more! Jan (the owner) has created a magical space where one can come, relax, practice, flow - and shop after!!! It’s amazing! Highly recommend ✨🧡✨
