First time yoga and it was a safe and relaxing environment. Instructor encouraged us to do as much or as little as we felt we could do comfortably. I’ll be back!
This is a beautiful, arts studio with a wide variety of unique items in the store section. The studio itself has a lovely range of classes and great teachers! Love this space!!
