I lived at Harmony Glen for 2 1/2 years. I had a great experience. Katheryn, the property manager is great and maintenance always got to my requests within 24 hours. The only reason I moved is because of the yearly rent increase.

I have lived here since 2004. I have gone through alot of apartment managers and maintenance. I by far have to say Kathryn has been the best manager . She truly cares about this property. As well as her tenants. Hopefully she will be with us till I leave. She is truly appreciate and valuable. Thank You Kathryn. Debbie Bennett # 49.

Absolute worst apartment management and corporate I have ever encountered. They will purposely try to screw you over and laugh about it in your face. Not a family friendly place, kids cant draw with chalk in the summer without getting in trouble, the park isn’t safe, the pools always closed down for some reason, maintenance has no idea what they are doing for simple fixes. I had a terrible experience with another complex and was apprehensive. Katherine was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Our rent billing is electronic and I has difficulty signing up, so I was activated in the period where they charge late fees per the lease agreement. Katherine told me she would handle it, without me requesting it. She has always been helpful. It would be awful if she wasn’t in the office.

Harmony glenn has been a great place to live, I have enjoyed my time here. Also the apartment manager, Karhryn, is a extremely nice, and very helpful with any issue that may arise. Thank you!
