Prior to the pandemic, Harmony did an ok job. After the mandatory shut down, they had lost some of their good cleaners and their cleaning declined. The cleaners used a cleaner on my synthetic kitchen floor when I repeatedly told them to use only water. The office manager was rude and condescending. The owner terminated me when I was 2 weeks away from major surgery and couldn't clean my house until I could find a replacement cleaning service - I feel a very rotten thing to do.
