I have called four times regarding doing business with them. The first two times it was about seeking to have a blind repaired. Each time a message was left requesting a response, but no response was received The next two calls I spoke to a person who said they would connect me with someone to assist me. Both of those times, no one picked up the call and I was sent to voicemail once again. We have done business with them previously, but never have been dealt with in this manner. Very disappointing.
