This office is the only one I've been to in 30 yrs that has non-skid floor surface which allows older less agile dogs their dignity as they try and negotiate unfamiliar territory. There are also fleece beds for "sore hip" dogs to lie on while waiting. When we've been out of town, the doctor has been able to advise other vet's about our dogs history. From time to time (over 25 yrs) one might have to wait. Well.... that is the nature of the beast. There is no getting around that at a preferred vet practice.

Absolutely When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would? Dr. Lewis is a wonderful vet, very gentle with my cat. She is kind and compassionate, and the services are reasonably priced. The staff seems to be caring also.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
