My son lived here for 1 year. This was very first apartment and in a new state. This year wth him living at this complex has been the worst experiences as a parent. He was not given the apartment that he was told he would get. He had! The roache infestation was so bad, my son would awaken with roaches crawling on his face. Over charged me on my last months rent. Charged me for replacing a carpet that they couldn't tell me how old it was. Charged me a $120 water for a one bedroom apt. They are thieves.
I have multiple friends that live in these apartments and every time I go over there I have to leave after being there for 30 minutes because my kids get eaten up a fleece these friends of mine have absolutely no animals so we don't understand why the freezer so bad but they are and it's gross the bugs that come into my friends Apartments is ridiculous I think when they come and do the spray for the bugs they are just bringing water because it doesn't do anything and the people in the office are absolutely ridiculous very un... read more
I didn't end up moving here due to another employment opportunity, however the experience I had with the staff was above reproach. These days you don't hear people say "yes sir" very often, but that's all I heard. The Property Manager was the one that greeted me, she was delightful and smiled and made me feel welcome from the moment I came in. She passed me off to Kayla and she took great care of me.
