Absolutely amazing experience every time! Salad bar is always so fresh! The most amazing salad bar selection I have ever seen! Everything is so perfectly aligned. Very clean! It reminds me of a Pavilions, the very expensive grocery stores in California but Better! Everyone is so nice and helpful!
I really love Harmon's and my experience is almost always a good one. Until I get to self checkout. I try to avoid it at all costs if Ini is there. She is always so very rude. And her eyerolls are frequent and exaggerated. Today, I entered the wrong code for the salad bar. I almost always do. It's almost always not a big deal. Great quality of food and services. I love the Boars Head cold cuts,and their low,low prices.
I have been waiting on a prescription renewal for a NSAID that I have been prescribed to help combat intense chronic pain. Every time I called I received different information about my prescription status - and was hung up on once. When I finally spoke to a pharmacist - I was told that they will not fill the prescription because this medication is not covered by my insurance. I already knew that it wasn't covered - but nothing else that I have been prescribed helps at all. I am willing to pay the full price for this medicati... read more
Over charged for the same item two days in a row. First time I told the front end manager about it, she made a note of it. Next day same story, overcharged. Will check again tomorrow to see if is fixed.
