We have been loyal customers for years, but recently I noticed that when they come over, they only spray half of the trees that they were contracted to spray, but continue to charge full price. Do NOT use!!! I’ve been a happy customer for their lawn care for 3-4 years. They frequently advertise for arborist services and this year I need a little help with pests and powdery mildew. I felt the investment of an additional $400+ treatment and $85 for the arborist fee would be extremely beneficial for my plants and yard. EVERYTHING they sprayed now has burn/dead spots. They came out in May for the first time and 95% of all the weeds in backyard were gone in a week. Was happy. The weed 'tech' said they'd come back in four weeks to spray again. After five weeks, when weeds started coming back, we called them several times and finally got ahold of them and they said 'oh no. We revisit in 5-7 weeks'. After eight weeks and no call backs from them we left a bad review and they called to say they would come out the next day; which they did. They might have been here for five minutes.
