All you have to do is read the “owner” response to the negative reviews to get a sense of the awful attitude and condescending, arrogant attitude they show their customers. These guys would be better off working a job that doesn’t deal with people. Extreme entitlement. Am excited to not give them another penny. Do not use this company. Will be disputing all charges with my financial institution because they breached any agreement or service. DO NOT USE
Previously had wonderful customer service from this company but something must have changed recently. The customer service levels are just not there. Interaction with staff and the "owner" was incredibly rude, entitled, and condescending. I guess they must not need my business anymore. I would not recommend using this company unless you're looking for pettiness and extremely poor customer service. I will be happy to take my business elsewhere.

We have been loyal customers for years, but recently I noticed that when they come over, they only spray half of the trees that they were contracted to spray, but continue to charge full price. When I called them out on this, they said that the backyard was locked. I work from home, no one told me they were on the way, or here, or ask if I could unlock the gate.
