The worst fake hospital in the awful Nevada medical care system. I am a physician and found out my mother was here. The staff is incompetent, hardly speaks English, and is just a worn down and disgusting place. This place should be shut down. That is why they are being sued!!!

Unfortunately, due to the stupidity of Senior Dimensions and United Healthcare, my mother has been sent to yet another of their contracted snakepit "rehab" hospitals - her first encounter was 3 years at Vegas Valley, an affiliate of Harmon Rehab. I expect that she will not get adequate care while at Harmon to prepare her for an upcoming procedure - she has just been set aside by her insurance carrier. A sad commentary to the treatment of our elderly. Hoping that the staff at Harmon at least have English as their first langua... read more

This was the worst place and experience of my life. I came out of my second coma to find myself, again, at Harmon rehab. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and nobody there knew anything about it. My family researched it, told me about it and then I had to monitor every meal from then on. When I tried to explain to the staff that I couldn't eat the food, they didn't know enough english to understand. They treated me like I had anorexia instead of a food allergy. They would make me sit in front of the nurses station and eat ... read more

My husband had been transfered here and is still in there after a week. The whole time he was there, they did not change his bed linens or even give him a bath. He had wet his bed, and when I arrived later that evening after work, he was still sitting in the same sheets...he has not received any type of rehab, after they said he was to have therapy on the first day, and he still has not received any. The nurses all seem like you are putting them out when you ask them for any kind of information or help. The first night my hu... read more

My mom was just released from this HORRIBLE place after being there for 5 weeks. I literally walked out of there one day after finding her sitting in her own crap which had hardened because she had been sitting in it for so long, and I thought to myself...this place makes me want to commit suicide when I'm 70 so I never have to be in a place like this. The food is the most disgusting stuff you have ever seen. It looks like something my dog crapped out and they covered with gravy --even the doctor said the breakfast alone (wh... read more

We would like to identify outstanding nursing staff members. These are: 1. Valorie, LPN, wound care team 2. Roxanne, CNA, Staff member 300 hall day shift 3. Fran, CNA, staff member 300 hall night shift 4. Mosks, CNA, staff member 300 hall day shift. These staff members have consistently provided care and compassion that supersedes their responsibilities. They took the time to listen to us, to solve our problems. So please take the time to give these special people the kudos they deserve.

My name is Vera. I'm 82 years old, I was in this hospital and discharged Feb 19th 2010. I want to tel lyou about this wonderful nurse, her name is Judy, she is so caring understanding. The most wonderful nurse, she has time to listen to your problems. They are so lucky to have such a wonderful nurse at this hospital. I don't know what you pay her, but it isn't enough. If every nurse was like her, they wouldn't have no complaints or problems. I will always remember her how good she was to me, and with all the other patients. ... read more
