Blunt and to the point. I don't care about that, but, when it came to post surgery care, the facility washed their hands of my wife. Would not see her to verify if she had staph on the wound or not. Just said, go to the emergency room. Dropped the ball with home rehab. No one has shown up 14 days after we were home. Calling again today to inquire about it and was told , again , someone will call.
Dr. Harmat operated on both my hands for 'trigger finger'about 2 years ago Haven't had a problem with my hands since.
Horrible experience. Took my family member elsewhere and basically starting over to save the limb. Never saw hand washing, never seemed to care/make an effort. Was never friendly and never explained anything. Not at all personable.
Office staff ruins visit every time. They sit, chat, walk around and blatantly ignore you, yet they want you to be there 30 minutes early. The doctor has a personality of a brick wall, so it's extra horrid of an experience.
