If you ever get the opportunity to rent a property from Harman Realty; you should take it. I’ve always had my hesitations with rental agencies due to past experiences, but Harman Realty has definitely exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough great things about my property manager, Sherri. She’s so kind and attentive to your needs. It’s also super easy to get a work order placed and taken care of - they always send someone the same day or next day! So far very pleased with the service and plan to be a long-term tenant.
We had some basement flooding after hurricane Debby came through and the next day the A/C went out. I contacted Harman realty for maintenance request. Sherri sent me a text saying someone should be here soon! The A/C guy was here in about 30 minutes and someone called to come look for the leak, but since the rain had stopped and we cleaned up the water, he will be here Monday. Thank you so much for your concern and quickness!
I have had the pleasure of being a tenant in one of Harman Realty's properties for around 7 years now. I am very grateful for Donna, my current property manager, and Sherri my ex-property manager. I always have had the best experience with these wonderful people. I deeply appreciate their hard work.
