RecommendedHarlow’s is awesome!!! I was fortunate to work directly with the service manager, Todd, and he was the nicest and most professional person I’ve dealt with in a very long time. I’m done with Lowe’s etc. I would highly recommend Harlow’s for anyone in the market for lawn mowing and related equipment.
My 3 year old Tanaka blower always ran great. Brought it in to replace the primer bulb, a small job. A week later I picked it up and the blower barely ran. They said the piston was loose. The piston wasn’t loose when I brought it in. They accepted no responsibility whatsoever. I basically had to trash my great blower. I’ll never let this place touch another piece of my lawn equipment ever again. Beware!

Have used these guys for years. After today will never use again. They charged us twice because they didn't fix it right the first time.
I love John and Cindy, love my zero turn and will be in the market for a bigger mower very soon
