How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Would you recommend this family doctor to others? I Already Have Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
