What a great experience! I will define my return to Legacy HD. They treated us just wonderful!
Just bought first bike from them, John was my salesman. Called up with my info and approval from Harley. Didn't waste no time trying to work a deal on an 02 road king. On my way to the dealer he called and let me know some minor issues with the 02 etc. Once I arrived he had an 09 road king which was a way better deal. Worked numbers and I was happy. Recently due to circumstances that were out of our and Legacy's control, we found ourselves without our trike we bought from them in January. Legacy , in less then a week they had another one exactly like the one we had sitting on their floor. When the insurance settled, they had it ready for us to pick up and go the next day. Legacy makes a big deal about being in the Legacy family. Their service to us was above and more then what anyone ever would of expected. They are truly what a dealership should be. The sales and service departments are second to none. They gave my wife a great deal on her bike and they got my bike back up and running. They treated us like family the entire time. Give them a shot, they won't disappoint you! UPDATE 8/11/2018: I just bought a brand new street glide from John today. Again, the service and staff were friendly and amazing to work with.
