Everyone at Legacy made me feel extremely welcome and made my first Harley purchase completely pleasant. John Koester was my Salesman and got me a solid trade-in value and Darienne completely explained the financial part. Clint, the Sales Manager was great and so was Teara in their Shop. They explained everything very well and I am completely satisfied! Love my Gorgeous Street Glide Special in Hard Candy Custom Red.
I'd give it 0 stars but itb wont let me. I wasn't there 10 minutes and never been seen so disrespectful staff. I didn't appreciatiate getting told I'm basically stupid along with everyone else that was there. Yes sorry for who reads this straight out of their mouth people are stupid today. And not to mention if I wanted them to bash on my bike and nitpick it it I would have listed it on Craigslist. I will never step foot in it again and I will make sure everyone knows about how poorly I was treated and talked to. NEVER AGAIN... read more
The staff was pleasant, helpful and all around amazing. The store was very clean & easy to find whatever you are looking for. The only downfall is the location, kinda hard to find once you leave the highway.
