RecommendedThank you so much for repairing my Ultras wheel-bearings that had went out. We were 500 miles away from home and headed to Memphis. The staff was very nice and sociable. Also a huge thank you to the mechanic that kept me posted on the other problem my front wheel had.
Bike went in for warranty work. Their service department doesn't listen and performs unauthorized maintenance. Then says that it was all a misunderstanding, but admits no fault and still charges the full amount. horrible customer service.
