Friendly service department from the time you roll your bike in till you ride out. David the service writer always has a smile. Ted and the techs have always had our bikes done at the appointed time. Danny in parts is enthusiastic and very helpful.
We traveled from Pensacola and passed 3 other Harley dealerships to buy our Harley from Tallahassee Harley Davidson. They had the perfect bike and worked with my fiance all week to get all financing completed... before we drove 200 miles to get his dream bike! Chris went the distance for us so we will forever make the drive back for our next Harley....thank you
When everybody else says they will get you squared away, it doesn't mean squat. When Chris in sales says he will get you taken care of, HE MEANS IT!!!! There is no better dealer within 200 miles of Pensacola. That's why we drove 200 miles to get what we needed. I can't praise the sales and finance teams at Tallahassee Harley Davidson enough. HD's Finance Department. I've never seen such running around in circles, not a clue who's doing what and when they finally sign off on the damn motorcycle, temp tag and all! ... wait for it... the Finance dept. tells you they have to 'speak' to the references before they will release it? Are you kidding me? I've never in my life heard such BS, ever! I would take my money some where else after all that nonsense!

Literally THE friendliest Harley Davidson. Family friendly, knowledgeable staff, and an all around great atmosphere wether you're looking to trade or just get some new gear.
Stopped by to pick up some souvenirs for the kids. Awesome atmosphere. Staff is all smiles. Either happiest employees ever or shop is owned by a dentist. I will definitely stop on my way back through town.
