Jeremy is a great salesman! Always good service
Called Friday in the A.M. to check on the availability of some parts needed for a Saturday morning job. Was told they were in stock. The guy asked my name and said they would be waiting to pick up that afternoon. I drove 30 miles (nearest place to me) only to be told that one of my parts was sold to someone else. Don't take the two stars to heart Kingwood Harley. I bought my bike there, no problems. sales staff was good. I have an m.v.p. card and steady buy all my parts and fluid change parts there, parts department kicks butt. But your service department? They blow it for you. They SUCK. I like to do most of the work on my bike myself. I am no idiot when it comes to wrenching on My bike. I have taken my bike to you for service three times, every time was a complete nightmare. They are good! Always been friendly and attentive. Never had a problem. For a dealership and going full custom on my RoadGlide I had to realize special order, but custom means slow time. Great customer relations so far!
By far the worst Harley Dealership I have ever been to. Don't know about the sales staff, have never bought a bike from them. But for the service dept. I'm not sure they went to high school much less any tech. School. The parts dept. is totally clueless. Will never go there again.
Mariessa Favreau was really helpful. I am very new to the motorcycle world even though I always have wanted to ride. A random customer even chimed in and helped offering his experience. Way better experience than I had hoped for.

Not good customer service. Had to special order a part and prepay last September. Called several times to see if it was in and was told it was on back order. Today I go in to see why it is taking so long and they tell me they don't have it and that "maybe we picked it up already." Seriously??? I think I would know if I had my part. Left there with no part and no refund. Not a good way to treat a customer.
Couldn't figure out why I gave them a lousy rating. Then I remembered! Went for a job interview and got blown off! And now I have purchased two bikes from them! Guess I will get over not getting the job! They have been very good to me. Thanks, Cal, Uno, Nelly, Becky, Tim, Mike, and Ross!
