Uno was awesome, we actually just came in to look at the bike we intended to purchase at Cowboy Harley Davidson to see how it feels. Uno was our salesman and we actually ended up purchading a brand new 2017 Road King Soecial. This is the 3rd time we purchased a Harley, I truly appreciate the fact that you guys listen to the customer's needs as opposed to just thinking of the sale or commissions. Very polite very clean got what I needed and was in and out in no time on a Saturday and they had a nice fish fry going on along with a riders class
Me and my husband went in the store to purchase a jacket . Toni Crowder was the sales associate that assisted us with the purchase . She was absolutely great in helping us, she took plenty of time explaining each jacket . We live in Conroe but we drive over to Kingwood for great customer service !!!
I stopped in for some T-shirts. Tim and Uno in sales did an awesome job of creating rapport. Nelly in the motor clothes was also super! Helped me pick out 5 shirts to take home! Great Job guys!
