I have been here several times. I have bought numerous items. I never had any issues until I had to deal with the service department. I had several issues with them. Including taking days to do a hour job,not calling with the info,not returning my calls,lack of info when I did talk to a person. I will not be back for any service related services.
First I would like to ask...have you EVER done custom work or ever mounted a tire???? Apparently you never have because the darn tire is mounted backwards!!! Your service department is a JOKE & you can't even own up to your mistakes & then try and charge for it...are you kidding me??!!! Maybe the stuck up douche bag that sits his lazy butt up at the counter could try & help the idiots mechanics in the back. People do not take your bikes to the service department here!!
