My wife and I were visiting Erie for "Roar on the Shore ". Mt Roadtech GPS was acting up because a recent update did not work correctly. A gentleman in the parts department offered to handle it, and pick it up the next morning. Arrived early the next day, GPS was working and no charge. That's customer service!
