This place is the WORST Harley Dealership I have ever dealt with!! Had a bad experience there a while back trying to buy a bike with Cash!! Well that should have told me not to go back but..... Went back to today and bought accessories for the new bike. Well I had been looking at a pair of boots and a shirt that I really liked, hubby told me to go get them, well when they rang up $50.00 more than the tag, they wouldn't honor the price tag!!!! This is the place to fully capture Harley culture and a motorcycling experience. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, sales team is fair, and service is unmatched. Why go anywhere else to buy a Harley?
I have never had a bad experience at Killer Creek. They are always friendly and do everything they can to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
I drove a LOOONG way to purchase a used "non-traditional" bike from Eric Hang at killer creak, Eric and the team did a great job, had the bike ready go, helped me load it up and I was on my way back home! Great bunch to work with, I even got a Harley goodie bag even though I didn't buy a Harley!! They treat everyone the same! Super great experience with Killer Creak and I hope to do business there again!! Thank you all some much!!!
Best buying experience I have ever had. No pressure and everybody did there best to get me what I wanted. I've had problems with other Harley dealers in the area and I can honestly say if you want a Harley come see Eric. He is the man. Even if he is an Auburn fan lol. ROLL TIDE
Love these guys. Got a fair price on a great bike. Low pressure, super cool sales staff (and I typically hate sales experiences). Would absolutely go back!
