Frazier's lost my business due to extreme negligence and poor customer service, decided to give Killer Creek a try and man I'm glad I did! Ted and the rest of the guys at the service department were great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and fast. The technician that worked on my bike Michael, took time out of his schedule to come explain something to me. Breath of fresh air in the HD dealership loop, I had started to lose faith. Would recommend this dealership anyone.
Had awesome experience from beginning to end. The sales team is awesome and the finance team is willing to do whatever they had to to get me what I wanted not what they felt like I wanted.Shout out to Eric and Gator for giving me all the help in finding my new ride.
