RecommendedRommel Harley Davidson is definitely one of the best HD shops I have ever been to. Staff is knowledgable. They also are very personable. They keep up with who you are not so much as the dollar sign you represent. They give suggestions based on your need and not to just dig deeper into your pockets. Two times in my life, i've truly been excited to be a part of something. First was when i graduated Boot Camp in the world's greatest gun club, the United States Marine Corps. The second was when i bought my first Harley! Going through the process was awesome and Steve was 100% professional and didn't hassle me with unnecessary pressure. Tailz was very helpful and knowledgeable about the lights I wanted. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, as always. Never had a bad experience at Rommel.
I can't say enough about Jason Sparkman at the parts dept. I've been one of his customers since 2007 he has commanded three large bike mod projects for me. When I say commanded he has ordered the right parts the first time and seen the projects through the service dept. Never a fault results have always been excellent. If you have a custom project or a performance project he is the one to go too. Truly a professional.
