While it started out pretty rough (the company's internet was down the day i was supposed to pick up the bike), Rommel HD definitely made it right. It felt like Christmas had been canceled when I had to wait two extra days.. I t was well worth it when I finally picked it up. Thanks

2006 Fat boy inspection no problem said it would take a hour, it was done in an hour. Great having there support for Rolling Thunder and the many veterans that were there.
Picked up a new helmet and gloves. The two ladies working there were great.
The staff at Rommel is always friendly and very knowledgeable, whether parts or service they have always been top notch and go outof there ready to get you what you need.
