Outstanding experience while buying my 2016 CVO Road Glide Ultra.....Salesman Steve and Sales Manager Mike along with Finance Manager Pat, were all phenomenal.....there are a few HD dealerships that are much closer to where I live, but based on the Staff at Rommel Annapolis, I decided to drive the 60 miles....

I stopped by here for a Tshirt and poker chip. The motor clothes staff made all efforts to help me find exactly what I wanted. I was treated great by everyone and left the store feeling like I was part of their family. If you're in the neighborhood make a point to stop by.
Just went there to pick up spare keys, ordered them several weeks before. They said they would call when they came, NOT!! The salesman jumped right on us for a test drive. Kept telling him, no, can't afford a new bike, he pestered me and my bf! I kept saying, we're just looking at the bikes, but no.. What ya got, we'll take in trade, ride away with a new one, yada yada yada. We had a great experience buying a bike last month with them and I cannot speak more highly of Dee and the whole staff I have met. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Liked a jacket I couldn't afford and a few hours after we left Dee called us to let us know its on sale, that customer care! Good people!!
The annapolis dealership has always been good to me. I just took a basic rider course offered by Harley Davidson to active, retired or seperated Vets. It was a great 3 day course given by great instructors. Even though I have my credentials, it was a great refresher. Thanks Harley Davidson and Rommel HD for providing the class.
I stopped at Rommel last Wednesday on my celebration of my late brother's birthday! He passed away last July from cancer and I wanted to mark his 45th birthday bu doing the things he loved to do, one of which was to ride his Harley! After I explained my desire, the manager Lyndon was more than happy to take me on my first ride on a Harley and salesman, Mike offered up his bike for us to use! Just received the BEST service!! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had a flat tire at Ocean City bikeweek. I was stranded with no ride. Don who is very high up in the company gave me a ride fron the inlet to the convention center. Introduced me to Maria who sold me a tube and got me a ride back to the campground. No deals. Just felt like treating me right. I hope people read this and go check them out. They are just good people.
