We love this Annapolis Harley store...they always have a great selection of items, beautiful bikes, special events and the best people working there:) They are so nice, very knowledgeable, and intent on making sure you leave the store happy😊We shop there all the time and will continue to shop there!!
While I know some of the staff bc Dee used to work here, they treated me like I was a new customer. Everyone I met was very friendly, shook my hand, smiled. My Ultra is amaizing!! The Riding Academy is awesome, My bike is killer and my sales person Steve Loving did an excvellent job as well as Pat and Danny. Customer for life.
After a lovely ride to St Michaels with my husband, we were homeward bound on the Bay Bridge when we began to notice our Ultra Limited was not handling well. It quickly became apparent that we had a flat rear tire. Making this long story short we made it off the bridge and had out bike towed to Annapolis Harley!! Everyone there was especially kind and very helpful, considering the fact we got there approximately 1 1/2 hours before close on a Sunday evening. I had a great experience going through the basic rider course and buying my bike. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable, and laid back. Didn't feel the high pressure sales that you'd get at dealerships normally
As a member of the police unity tour I visit your store/service dept usually every tour in May... Your staff goes above and beyond every time we come here... excellent red carpet service! Appreciate the speedy reliable service!
