We stopped in the other day to get equipment for the riding academy class. Katie the Merchandise Manager was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She got me all decked out with what I need and we were out the door in 20 minutes! Great first impression.
I've heard the horror stories on parts and wait but these guys have done nothing but take care of me!
Went in yesterday to ask about new pipes for my sportster and everyone was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Came back today and they were able to install the new pipes while in waited. While I was waiting the staff answered a lot of my question. I will it take my bike anywhere else.
Always enjoy visits. Work is done professionally, friendly and they make you feel like you are the most important customer. Fair prices, good service and great staff.
I recently bought a 2006 FLHTI here. The sales people were informative, helpful and ensured I had everything I needed to get on the road. Rich Oben was personal and friendly and listened to what I had to say and did not try to push anything on me. A great friendly experience I would recommend to anyone.
Went a couple of weeks ago and talked with Keith Brooks-sales manager about the Freewheeler-jokingly asked him to give a figure to work with and he did-liked the numbers and on Sunday went down and finished the deal-one Happy Camper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
