Being respectful toward Customers would be a good place to start. Was interested in a street glide no sales person even asked for one . Clothing and gear Staff was great and helpful in all fairness

non friendly staff. we were the only people in the store. not one employee asked if we needed help. they all hung out at the register until I found a shirt. Then the girl ringing me out tried to talk a little and that was it.
