I have read all the reviews, not sure if the complaints were true or what, I have had nothing but Great and I do mean GREAT experiences with BGHD. I purchased my bike last year (2013 FLHTK) from them. Took it back couple times for some small issues, and was treated great. I loves this dealer so much, we just got the misses her bike there last weekend (2014 FLHXS) and going back this weekend to have her pipes installed, and a full service, and IPOD interface installed on mine. when a dealership leaves you to work on your own bike when your 50 miles from home is just sad, my friends bikes broke while in the area and of course was told you guys could not help, my friends had the means to pay for repairs, but that wasnt the problem. luckily my friends got their bikes fixed and off they went. thats just not what the brotherhood of harley i s all about.
