Traveling from Memphis Tennessee to Lexington Kentucky, my buds Harley Davidson front wheel bearings went out. Called the dealership and put the bike on the trailer, repaired the bike for emergency service due to us traveling back north. Excellent service in our time of need in this situation.
Where do I begin? My husband and I along with a few friends stopped at this store on our way to the Harley Drags just for a pair of riding glasses for our buddies girlfriend. Little did we know, we wasn't just getting glasses,we was welcomed by a very friendly gentleman named BJ whom help my husband's dream come true. I recently purchased my new softail deluxe from Harley Davidson of Bowling Green. B. J. and Gregg were great to work with and very helpful in putting me on the right bike. This is a great dealership and it is an added bonus that it is only about three miles from my home. My wife is not into biking but she really likes going to this dealership. She says that all the people who work here are great, and I agree.
Gotta say bj ,Gregg and samm really went the extra mile to get me my bike they are fn awesome next year I'll get the Harley I want u guys are fn amazing for real and u got a customer for life
I just had some work done in service this past week and your guys rock. Did outstanding work and the customer service was at its peak. I dealt with Thomas Anderson and he was awesome. Very informative and knowledgeable about what I needed done. Great work and outstanding staff in the service department
