Great group of people to deal with. Service department is second to no one, sales team is outstanding, clothes team are so wonderful to deal with. Sam handles the paperwork so graceful . Yesterday 10-04-18 I was traveling from Louisville Kentucky to Longview Texas 20 or so miles before Bowling Green my charging system quit on my 2012 Street glide I pulled in to Bowling Green Harley Davidson and asked if they could check it out with in 10 minutes they had my bike in the shop working on it A little while later they came out and told me that the stater and the compensator was bad and the good news was they had both parts in stock and would have me back on the road in four hours or so and that it was covered und... read more

Have bought two brand new bikes here love the sales team and the service they offer.
Bought my very first Harley yesterday and the staff was amazing!!! They helped explain everything about the Bike and the Dealership!! Walked away feeling like I had a new extended family!! Highly recommend!!!
Takes the cake award. Bear with me this is a long rant. So, I have an appointment at Harley-davidson of Bowling Green 's service dept. Scheduled a week ago. 4pm allowing for 2 hours to do the following. 1, check torque on front & rear wheel nuts, 2, check torque on spokes on rims, 3, check deflection on main drive belt, and 4, install Kuryakan extended shifter control specifically desinged to fit my wide glide.
