Since 2012 I have had 5 transactions with Andrea between 3 properties I've bought/sold over the years. Andrea has been very thoughtful and steady in her approach through some complicated transactions. Her knowledge along with her informed intuition has resulted in positive outcomes for every transaction, even in uncertain markets. I hope she doesn't retire before I opt to buy/sell again!
Do not recommend. There was a lack of communication throughout the process. Our agent had a difficult time reaching her, and follow-ups often took several days. Unfortunately, this delay prevented us from being able to present an offer in a timely manner.
Andrea and Emily helped us purchase a home in the height of the Austin area real estate frenzy. We had a very temperamental seller, and they managed to keep him calm at every turn. This was our second time partnering with Harlan Realty to purchase a home in Austin, and we are always thrilled with their expertise and negotiating skills.
