We have had 3 bedroom closets collapse in our new home due to the poor quality installation which does not follow the manufacturer guidelines and use of mounting in not the studs of a wall. The quality of work from Harkraft is sub-par.

Thank you for your comments Brian. Rubbermaid hardware is specifically designed for installation into drywall without the use of studs. All hardware has fins that spread behind the drywall to ensure secure anchoring and achieve the specified weight capacities. That said, there are applications where homeowners unknowingly exceed those capacities and anchoring into studs can be a solution. They designed and built my dream closet! They walked me through the process from start to finish tweaking my closet/dressing room to my budget! A beautiful finished product and we hope to work with them again when we take on more home projects!
