We apologize if Mr. Holliday feels his experience with our company doesn't meet his expectations. Originally, we were engaged by Mr. Holiday to install a drop in his living room for $325.00. We gave a reduced price since we know Mrs. Holliday's parents. We send an installer to add the drop, but realized that the placement of the drop/vent (to match the other vent) would require a carpenter to frame out for the vent. We suggested a handyman to do the framing, but Mr. Holliday could have gotten his own, he did not have to use ... read more

We have a contract where our 2 air conditioners are serviced in the spring and the fall. Cortez is the associate that services us every 6 months. He is pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable and a delight to have in my home. Because we have a contract, we have excellent service when we have any issues with our units-same day service. All the associates are great!!!!
In an awful heat Harkin's stayed on top of my needs and knew how to get it done. Can't blame them because of the slower than molasses warranty company that drug it out for 2 weeks in Louisiana heat. $480 for contract, $75 service fee, $400 for Freon not covered, $779 for bed and breakfast room, $ 300 for pet boarding all for a 2 day job. Thank you Harkins, I'm sure we'll do business again
