I called them for an appointment and set a time and date. Then 45 min later they called and said they were running late but he was on the way and would arrive shortly. 30 min later I called back for an ETA and the receptionist was rude and interrupted me multiple times. When she advised me that he was still in the office I stated that I wanted to cancel. Once again she interrupted me and was rude. RecommendedI just wanted to say how pleased I am with your company. Sunday my A/C unit went out and I put in a service request through American home Sheild and they Assigned me Harkins A/C. I called y’all on Monday and I Had someone out here in 2 days. Mr.Cortez came out today Wednesday August 19 and he was very nice and professional. He walked us through what our issues were and what he fixed. Our A/C is now nice and cold. If AHS assigns you harkins request that MR.Cortez is your tech. Thank you Harkins.

Harkins did my air handler change out for my Carrier unit. Great service and a couple of small issues, but Mr Harkins stepped up and personally came out to address those issues. My wife and I greatly appreciate it. I think I found a great Air Conditioning company to rely on!
When I called American Home Shield this morning at 6:00 to request service for my air conditioner, I specifically asked for Harkins Air Conditioning Heating & Controls. They have been to my home several times. They also installed the outside unit and the attic unit two years ago. At 1000 am I received a call saying they would be out today between 1000 am and 4 pm.
