This place is totally unorganized. Nothing and no one was ready to receive patients at 8am when they opened, including the lab. There are plenty of staff walking around, but no one seems to be doing anything.
My family left Killeen Medical Home and the difference in care has been night and day. Dr. Morales has been professional, respectful, and actually willing to listen to our concerns as parents. Most importantly, she was open to discussing and allowing us to try leucovorin as part of our child’s autism treatment plan.
