0 stars if I could. This place is completely unprofessional and incompetent. They are terrible at answering the phone. The front desk lady (Tara) was extremely rude. They never return calls, submit referrals, and then make excuses about not being able to send paperwork to a specialist. I had to contact Tricare myself to correct their mistakes. This office wastes patients’ time and shows no respect or responsibility.
They have always been fast to get seen with, the pediatric team especially Dr. Morales is next level with their bedside manner and help. Definitely one of our favorite pediatricians we have seen so far.
Provider Dukes is the most condescending, rude and judgmental provider I have ever had. I'm currently not employed for personal reasons and she made a rude remark stating "I see you are unemployed, what are you doing all day that is making your back hurt if you're not working?" followed by multiple petty, RIDICULOUS comments. This place is awful at answering the phone, they never return messages, they book your appointments incorrectly, they submit referrals incorrectly, and they make excuses about not being able to send paperwork out to a specialist when I was able to call Tricare and have them help instead. Dr. Morales rushes her appointments and does not listen to your concerns. She wants to be in and out. I recommend going anywhere but here. I will be switching places as soon as I can.
Amazing service and very professional front desk staff my provider has been a God sent honestly! I was nervous and scared my first check up but my experiences and expectations are met!! Thank you team and maj Moore for giving me my confidence and health back! Appreciate you all
