I visited this office about a month ago as a new patient and was assigned Torres as my primary care provider. From the moment she walked into the room, I felt she was not a good fit for me. She was not very engaging or personable, and I did not feel heard or supported during my visit. After the appointment, I shared my concerns with the office manager (Lindsay).
