I visited this office about a month ago as a new patient and was assigned Torres as my primary care provider. From the moment she walked into the room, I felt she was not a good fit for me. She was not very engaging or personable, and I did not feel heard or supported during my visit. After the appointment, I shared my concerns with the office manager (Lindsay). Unfortunately, this is my second 1 star review of this er. It's been over a year since my last horrible experience. I am dealing with an unknown illness and it causes frequent er visits. I was avoiding this er due to my previous horrible experience. However, my pain was so severe, I went to my nearest emergency room as directed. My pain was ignored.
