They go above and beyond in their service. They listen to what you say. When Adam came for my scheduled ant treatment, I mentioned that I would be having an outside birthday party and they called me to schedule so he could come and check the yards and treat if needed. To me, that is awesome service. Thank you Adam for taking care of our yards.
They go beyond when they are giving you service and are very knowledgable. They are professionals in every way. I have them at my personal home and rental properties. One day I stopped by one of the rentals and the Hargrove Pest Solutions Technician had a broom type devise and he was cleaning the carport ceiling....I said why are you doing that, and he said to keep the cobwebs and insects off. We have used Hargrove for mosquito control at least for the past two years. We are very satisfied with the service. The staff is friendly and if a second application is requested they are on the ball with that.
My technician was late due to his previous appointment, but called me to explain and update me on his arrival. While here he was efficient and professional.
