Not very friendly I only went here once - I went as a wlak-in. There were no customers (I wonder why) and 3 employees. I sat and waited for the receptionist to come over to the counter - all 3 knew I was there, they were looking a pictures. When one finally came over to me to see what I needed she said it would be a few minutes. I waited about 10 minutes and was taken to a chair, then had to listen to the stylists comments to her co-worker about how it was lunch time and she was starving. I almost left but wanted a trim. Kudos for Niki Dye I love this little shop and my mom drives me 30 mins just to get my hair cut by Niki. She does a GREAT job. I don't really have to tell her what I want because I never really know so I try to explain it and even though I have no idea what I said she does. And my hair ends up looking great! The other girls that work there are really nice and the manager is really friendly. I love Niki and how she does my hair. Melissa is great Melissa has been doing my hair for almost two years. She always does a great job on my hair .She always makes me laugh when im having a bad day and takes time and listens to what i want . Niki and Kelly also have cut my husband and kids hair and they also do a great job. The haircuts are nicely priced and also the product. This shop is a delight to go into. PROS: my hair always looks great CONS:

Customer Service at its best! The salon itself is far from fancy but the customer service provided by Kelly is the reason I keep going back. She has been a hairstylist for over 15 years and I am always pleased with the results. Most importantly she is always kind and considerate. Thank you Kelly, you have a customer for life!

Niki is great! My son & daughter absolutely love Niki. My son has naturally curly hair and will not let anyone else cut it. She does a great job and is very friendly.

Niki is the new manager Ive been going to the Hare Cut Ect for several years and I was dissappointed in the manager that was there, she had bad people skills and was rude to me on the phone .If it were not for the other girls I would have found a new place to go . Im very excited that Niki is the new manager she is good at everything she does. She has Great people skills and is very friendly. I think she will make it very far and I know she tries her best . So congrads to the new manager!!!!!

outstanding stylists. i walked into the hare cut etc. about a year ago. i was thankful that the girls were so honest and friendly, they didnt hesitate to let me know that my mullet was outdated...they all worked together to find me the newest , hip look. when i went back the job site the guys were impressed... and let me tell ya, so where the ladies... i really enjoy melissa and niki, they always give 110%. and my hair and goatee always look perfect..
