Niki is the new manager Ive been going to the Hare Cut Ect for several years and I was dissappointed in the manager that was there, she had bad people skills and was rude to me on the phone .If it were not for the other girls I would have found a new place to go . Im very excited that Niki is the new manager she is good at everything she does. She has Great people skills and is very friendly. I think she will make it very far and I know she tries her best . So congrads to the new manager!!!!!
Great Job Niki is a great hairstylist! She does what I ask her to do to my hair! I have to say she is great at what she does. I have not had any problems with the mangement there at Hare Cut Etc. I want everyone that they should go and have niki cut your hair! PROS: Great work CONS:
Very insulting and unfriendly I went to a stylist at Hare cut, Etc. several times for a haircut, and finally felt enough trust to do color. She was friendly and did a really good job. I even sent my husband over to her. In conversation she tells him that her manager had made a comment about me...."what's up with her orange hair?" Well, actually, my hair wasn't orange, just a brassyblonde, which I came to their salon to repair. I had already read about the "unfriendly" comments...well - they are true. outstanding stylists. i walked into the hare cut etc. about a year ago. i was thankful that the girls were so honest and friendly, they didnt hesitate to let me know that my mullet was outdated...they all worked together to find me the newest , hip look. when i went back the job site the guys were impressed... and let me tell ya, so where the ladies... i really enjoy melissa and niki, they always give 110%. and my hair and goatee always look perfect.. Niki is great! My son & daughter absolutely love Niki. My son has naturally curly hair and will not let anyone else cut it. She does a great job and is very friendly.
love the shop Ive been going to the shop for several years and i am always welcomed in with a smile and hello .Ive seen several girls who all do a great job.i feel like Im one of their friends they always remember my name and whats been going on in my life , the shop is always clean and inviting and always has a great atmosphere. Customer Service at its best! The salon itself is far from fancy but the customer service provided by Kelly is the reason I keep going back. She has been a hairstylist for over 15 years and I am always pleased with the results. Most importantly she is always kind and considerate. Thank you Kelly, you have a customer for life!
