I've had good experiences with purchasing vehicles but the service is less than stellar. Making an appointment for a simple service (oil change) turned into an over 3 hour visit. What's the point of making an appointment if you're going to be treated like a walk in? This is not the first time it's happened. I will never buy a maintenance plan again.
The salesman Wayne was extremely helpful did not lead us astray and we will buy from him again
Michael Brown made my time yesterday so easy and stress free. It was my birthday and my husband and I decided to trade our 2006 Chevy Impala for a newer economy car. First class customer service experience! Highly recommend for veterans, active duty military, and women buyers! Wayne Gainey took excellent care of me and my husband. He answered all of our questions and he was not pushy. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable about cars and Corvettes, which is what we bought. Brian in finance was also very informative and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Hare Chevrolet and Wayne Gainey!!
